Janice is a hospital spiritual care Chaplain and the author of Affairs of the Heart  (a spiritual memoir with 72 inspirations),  Dying without Crying  (a care book for those preparing for hospice or death), and Bye Bye Butterfly (a picture book for children and adults to assist in communicating about grief, loss and letting go). Through ministering to many patients and families during their illness or end-of-life journey, Janice found a great need for these last two titles.

Janice has spoken publicly for Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Interfaith Caregivers of Greater Mercer County, and other healthcare and faith-based organizations, and has facilitated caregivers and bereavement groups. Ms. Willett has been featured on radio, TV and in newspapers; has written blogs for a UK medical website, and has provided video messages and scripting for her local hospital.

As she questioned her purpose, she turned to God for guidance.That was the monumental pivoting point wherein she left her unfulfilled life, including a 33 year career in the service industry, and used her savings to live and follow the path that led to writing the books that bring peace and comfort to so many.
